57-61 Prince of Wales Drive

Planning has been submitted for the erection of 18 affordable dwellings with 22 car parking spaces for the Orwell Housing Association.

The plan comprises of 12 houses along Prince of Wales Drive and 6 flats within a single block towards the rear of the site. The houses would be 2 storeys in height, whilst the apartment block would be 3 storeys. There will be a mixture of 1 and 2 bed flats, and 2 and 3 bed houses.

All of the properties would be affordable dwellings, with 14 offered as affordable rent and 4 on a shared ownership basis by Orwell Housing. Vehicular access would be taken from Aberdare Close, with car two main parking areas across the site.
